2020 SCHOOL SUPPLY DRIVE

Here are the big winners from our recent school supply drive!!  We had a tie between the Artesia Police Department and First American Bank for the most supplies collected!  First American Bank’s donations filled the back of two pick up trucks.  Artesia Police Department’s donations were delivered in the back of three patrol vehicles!

We also gave a special award for the Best Incentive to Donate School Supplies.  This award goes to Kith & Kin Roasting Company for their incentive of offering school supply donors a free coffee, tea, or soda for donations brought to their location!!!

We appreciate everyone’s efforts to collect school supplies for students in the Artesia Public School District.  The following businesses had boxes at their locations for supplies:  First American Bank, Henry’s BBQ, Holly Energy, Faith Baptist Church, West Main Baptist Church, Western Bank, Hermosa Church of Christ, Tate Branch Auto Group, Catalyst Church, Artesia Fire Dept., Artesia National Bank, Redline Fitness Center, Family Fitness Center, Artesia Racquetball Club, Artesia Police Dept., Kith & Kin Roasting Co., and Artesia Daily Press.  With everyone’s gracious donations, we were able to provide supplies for over 300 students!!

Thank you to the Artesia/Roswell Kiwanis Club and Artesia Altrusa Organization for donating 96 backpacks to our drive.  We would also like to thank Packs of Love, Changing Lives Coalition, and Faith Baptist Student Ministries for partnering with us on this event!!
